What to expect from a session

A salt bath is beneficial to the energy body at least once per week or a swim in the ocean. This will cleanse the energy bodies invigorating the physical body. A salt bath is recommended prior to a treatment.

In a warm bath add 1.5 – 2 Kg of salt and bathe for 20 minutes.

The treatment is mostly non contact however side effects clients normally experience are either straight away are :

  • Tiredness with yawning
  • Tears
  • A feeling of not being present for a short time

For a few days one may feel a little or extreme tiredness, sleeping a lot more than normal as the physical body adjusts, adjusting its vibration to emotional changes (feeling like you’ve been hit by a bus).

Following this period you and maybe those around you will notice changes in your attitude and outlook on life, nigley pains may go etc.
